Kismet Cup is for entertainment purposes only. Readings are written by AI as a gentle prompt for reflection, using words like "may" and "could." They don't predict the future and aren't medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Finish your coffee, then photograph the inside of the cup from above in good light, so the grounds fill most of the frame. If the app says it couldn't find a cup, try again a little closer and without a strong shadow.

It's used only to write your reading and is deleted as soon as the reading is ready. It's never kept, never used to train AI models, and never shared beyond writing your reading. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Your birth date gives your Sun sign; your birth time and place let us work out your Moon and Rising signs for your birth chart. Birth time is optional. Your birth place is turned into coordinates on your iPhone; we never use your phone's location.

Open the Profile tab and tap "Edit birth details" or "Edit relationship status."

Use the "Daily horoscope" switch in the Profile tab. You can also manage notifications in iOS Settings > Notifications > Kismet Cup.

Your first coffee cup or tarot reading is free. Your daily horoscope, reading history, and favorites are free. Kismet Cup Premium unlocks unlimited coffee cup and tarot readings and your birth chart (Sun, Moon, and Rising). Premium is $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year, and eligible new subscribers can start with a one-week free trial.

On your iPhone, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Kismet Cup, then tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or current period ends to avoid the next charge. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.

Purchases are made through Apple, so Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Make sure you're signed in to the same Kismet Cup account, then open the Premium screen and tap "Restore purchases." If it still doesn't appear, email us with the date of purchase.

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. Open the link we send on your iPhone to set a new password. If you signed up with Apple, you don't have a Kismet Cup password; use "Continue with Apple."

Emails come from noreply@kismetcup.com and can take a minute. Check your spam or promotions folder and make sure the address is spelled right. You can ask for a new email after 60 seconds. Open the link on the iPhone where Kismet Cup is installed; links expire after an hour and work once.

In the app, open the Profile tab, tap "Delete account," then "Delete forever." This permanently removes your account, birth details, readings, and any photos from our servers. It doesn't cancel a subscription, so cancel that in your iPhone settings first. If you can't open the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

Kismet Cup is made for iPhone and will be available on the App Store in the United States.
